NIVEA Delicious Drop Strawberry Chocolate Flavor

So, I was in need of a new lip balm and decided to try out Nivea's strawberry and chocolate scented one. I don't know if it's available in any other country. But I purchased mine in Japan.

With this lip balm,a little goes a long way! Seriously it is so smooth, and creamy. And I got surprised the first time I applied it onto my lips, since you clearly don't need to apply much at all.

Well, more or less, it smells like chocolate and strawberries. I just wish it would have a bit more obvious scent. It also contains SPF (quite low though.. but enough for lips). It's pretty long lasting which is a big + . Even after it has faded from your lips, your lips will still feel moisturised.

Overall I like this product. I only feel a bit disappointed by the fact that the scent isn't too obvious. But that's fine. I'd still recommend it since it's a quite good product.

I'm sorry that the lip balm is leaning in these two last pictures. I'm aware of it. Lol

Alla Hjärtans Dag

- Happy Valentine's Day - Glad Alla Hjärtans Dag - Afterwards

Did you have a good day yesterday!?
I know a lot of people feel pressure during Valentine's day.  I try not to. But sometimes it's hard.
Actually, I've never really celebrated Valentine's day to be honest. Well.. two Valentine's ago, I made a special "cake" for Ryo. And this year I made him some chocolate. And I also made kinda home made wrapping to go with it. But we didn't celebrate Valentine's even a tiny bit. As usual.

In Japan, during Valentine's day, the girls here make chocolate for the guys. Not just the guys that they love. But it can also be for colleagues, school friends, and so on.
There are two different types of chocolate that you can give to the guys. One is for the person that you more or less love "honmei choco". And the other one is just generally for everyone that you usually meet every day "giri choco". But the girls can also exchange choco with their other female friends "tomo choco

A month later, during "White day", the guys will return the favour by giving the girls a gift back.
I find it a little bit odd. Why wait a month later to return the gift!? Ahh.. Japan is Japan. That's why.

I couldn't snap any good photo of the giftbos I made. It didn't turn out well. But it had to do. lol

100% Chocolate Cafe

Yesterday me and my boyfriend went to Meiji's cafe called "100% Chocolate Cafe". It's easy to figure out that everything on the menu contains chocolate, lol. I've been very excited to go there. Overall it was a good experience.

Berry and chocolate ice drink. It was so delicious!!!
(Sorry for the bad photo)

My boyfriend got this espresso chocolate ice drink.
Also very good!! Rich in flavour.

This was a big disappointment!! :(
It looks quite tasty, right?
And I got so excited when I saw it on the menu.
But the truth to be told, it was so, so dry, and tasteless!!
It wasn't worth the 470¥

This however was nice!!
Some kind of roll (?) with melted chocolate inside.
They give you the opportunity to choose from three different chocolate types
to put inside the roll.

I bought some different chocolates to bring home.
Each piece cost 210¥, which isn't that bad.
I think you can choose from 50 or 60 different chocolates.. which is nice.
I got the yuzu, maccha, condensed milk,
raspberry, royal milk tea, and giandjula.

Even though the cake me and my boyfriend ordered was worthless, I'd still recommend any chocolate lover to pay a visit to the 100% chocolate cafe. The chocolate iced drinks are really really good.. and just for them, I would considering going back. The "choco-roll" was nice as well. Unfortunately the chocolate waffles were sold out when we arrived. I really would have loved to try it out. Last but not least, I love that they sell different varieties of chocolate to bring home. Meiji's chocolates are very delicious.

I hope that you guys, just like me, have enjoyed this weekend much :)

xoxo Amanda
