Review: Etude House "Happy Teatime Peach Tea Cleansing Foam", "Sleeping Facial Pack", & Skin Food "Honey Black Tea Bubble Foam".

Alright.. So I haven't been updating anything here for almost a month!!! And I am really sorry about it. Since I came home from Japan I haven't really felt any inspiration for writing. Didn't really know what to write about. But I will start updating about my everyday life.. even though it is most of the time boring as h*ll, lol!

Today I will write a review of 3 products that I use on a daily basis. They are from the korean brands "Skin Food", and "Etude House". Some of you might have heard of these brands before, or even tried 'em out. And for some of you, this might be the first time hearing about them. I personally love Skin Food.. and I actually like Etude house much. I'd like to say that they have got a lot of good beauty products, for a small price. That's always a good thing, right? ;)

From left to right: Etude House Sleeping Pack,
Etude House Cleansing Foam, And Skin Food Cleansing Bubble Foam.

The Sleeping Pack's texture is quite loose (runny), and as you might see
it's a bit transparent.

The Cleansing Foam's texture is very creamy, thick, and firm.

The Cleansing Bubble Foam is,
as you can see very foamy, bubbly.

Etude House Sleeping Pack: I really like this one. As I tend to have dry skin in bad weather conditions, I'm happy there's a pack like this. There are 3 different type of sleeping packs. I'm using the moist&firm one. Apply it after you've washed your face, go to bed, and rinse it off in the morning. It won't get easier than this. The sleeping pack has got a mild scent. A positive thing is that you only need to apply little, thanks to it's texture. I do think that it keeps your skin quite moist. I do NOT recommend this to people with very sensitive skin, as your skin might react badly to this product!

Etude House Cleansing Foam: This is a very good facial wash. I'm not sure, but it feels like a mild product. The smell is divine (peach tea). It is ridiculously easy to apply onto your face (thanks to it's creamy texture, it feels very smooth to apply). And rinsing off has never been easier. On the pack it says that the cleansing foam is nourishing and brightening. The bad point however (in my opinion) is that I feel like I need to apply a moisturizing product right after, or else my skin feels a bit dry. But still, it cleanses very well, which is very important for me.

Skin Food Cleansing Bubble Foam: I L♡VE this cleansing foam. From when I first bought it, til now, I'm still in love with it. lol!! It's moisturizing your skin, and also removes keratin + provides elasticity to your skin (according to what is written on the bottle). I bought this together with the honey and black tea daily cream. Unfortunately I've run out of it!! But it is also a great product.
I love the honey smell. And the bubbly, foamy foam is really nice. Easy to apply. Rinses off easy, and leaves your skin fresh.

I recommend all of these three products. And one more thing that's very nice about 'em are the packaging. Really cute!!
If you have a possibility to, you should try them. I've personally bought all of them in Japan. But I think you can order it from Ebay, Amazon (?) etc. If you have the possibility to, you should visit their shops :)

I'll try to write a new update soon again!!
Hope that you're all having a good week.

Love from Amanda (^o^)/♡

Dinner In Koreatown

Pictures as promised :)

This isn't all the food we ordered though. But I was too interested in the food so totally forgot to snap more photos.
It was a nice dinner, and had a great time anyway.

Face Masks

Last weekend I went to Koreatown (Shin-Okubo) with my boyfriend and his mother. I bought some new beauty products.. and also found a very good offer. A 30 pack of face sheets for 1000¥ That's crazy!! In Sweden it would rather be 2-3 face sheets for 1000¥

I think Koreatown has got a lot of interesting, good, and cheap products. And if you are a fan of Kpop, you will surely like Koreatown much. They've got all the idol-stuff you can imagine. And anywhere you go, they play the hottest kpop loudly.

Here are some of the face masks.
For example diamond, rose, grapefruit, mango, bee venom, pearl..
...And so on

Yep.. that's me.
I seriously hate how I (and everyone else) look in these face sheets.
Totally creepy. Luckily it feels good using them :)
Oh, and btw, I'm wearing the new lip tint in this picture.
Pretty nice, right? I think the color is similar to raspberry red.
Usually I don't suit in red. But this red has got a bit more of a cold tone.

Recently I've started to remember that it's not that long time until I'll leave Japan again. I really don't want to. And the thought of being apart from my boyfriend AGAIN, just breaks my heart :(
But I know that we are strong enough, and can overcome any obstacle. We've always done, and always will! The most important might be to just keep a positive mind. And think forward.. towards the future.

Later I think I'll upload some other pictures from Koreatown.
We ate dinner at a restaurant.. so maybe there'll be some food pics coming up :)

This upcoming week me and my boyfriend have planned to go and see hanabi in Kita-senju.. (Not sure yet if I'll wear yukata or not.. lol!!) , and also we will go to Sanrio Puroland!! I've heard it's really boring.. but what the heck.. it looks cute.. and I love Hello Kitty and the Sugarbunnies :)

I'm sorry for quite an boring post.. and for my bad updates. I will try to change it.

Love from Amanda ♡♡

Shopping Haul: Etude House

Yesterday I went by Etude House at La Foret in Harajuku. The shop was really bright, and literally overloaded with cuteness. I didn't spend much time at there. But I did pick up some stuff I've been wanting to purchase for quite some time. I was lucky enough to get some gifts from Etude House as well.

Bought this lip tint "fresh cherry" in red.
It smells really, really nice.

Got this sample "Collagen Moistfull".

Also this sample "Sun Prise".

I got this cute pen as well :)

And finally.. I got this cute neck pillow. Perfect for traveling ^^

I also bought the "Princess Etoinette" blush and highlighter.
The packaging is very cute. And I'm sure I will keep it forever.
I really like that the blush and highlighter is heart-shaped.
The shade of the blush is very nice. And I am already fond of the highlighter.
Perhaps I'll write an review about these products later on.

Unfortunately I forgot to buy the Etude House lip concealer. But I could always buy it later on.

I'd recommend anyone to go visit Etude House. They have a lot of different products, with cute packaging and nice scents. The price range is affordable. And as known... Korean beauty products are awesome.

Skin Food "Gold Caviar Collagen Mask Sheet"

Today I tried Skin Food's face mask "Gold Caviar Collagen Mask Sheet."
Not sure, but I think I paid about 790 yen for a pack. The sheet should be left on for 10-15 minutes.
To be honest, it won't make any wonders to your skin. However it does leave your skin to feel quite soft and with a fresh look.

Pros and cons: Leaves your skin with a fresh look and quite soft skin. The bad point however is that it's heavily scented!!

Overall I like Skin Food products. Pretty good and not at all pricy.  I give the "Gold Caviar Collagen Mask Sheet" ★ ★ ★ /☆☆☆☆☆
